Start / Core Programs / Microsoft Access

Click New or / Blank database

Give your Database file a name / Save in the
correct folder (Gathering information)

Select Tables / Open / Create table in Design View

Using the Database Table / Enter Field Name /
Then select Data Type

1st entry Code Number (select from drop down
field)

Complete each Field. (3rd row requires 4
choices). Select Lookup Wizard

Add a Primary Key reference point or Unique ID

Your table is shown (saved) / Now we have to
import data for your table

MUST SAVE THE DATABASE TABLE 1st

Find the Database table to import / Click on the
file / Make sure you change to Text Files (type
of file) / Then Import
