Findings 1
  • 65 of the terget population anticipates taking
    parental leave, out of which 61 would prefere
    full-time modul of parental leave 41 would like
    to work after taking parental leave as much as
    they worked before taking it, 51 would like to
    reduce their working hours after parental leave
    and 8 plan to leave the labour market
  • Difference between women who plan to take
    parental leave and who do not significant
    difference with respect to age, education,
    nationality, merital status, presence of
    children, type of contract

Findings 2
  • Women with low education attanment have bigger
    probability to take parental than women with
    post-secundary education
  • Women living in extended families with children
    have bigger probability to take parental leave
    that women livinig in nuclear families with
    children
