• Assess the educational/support needs of the
  students
• Counsel and Advise
• Coordinate the design of the support
• Liase with Comm.Orgs, employers Govt Agencies

• Recruit, select and train support staff
• Establish and Maintain records
• Plan and Monitor
• Attend meetings
• Provide Support Liase within the Institutes
