Dispute Errors

    you suspect are incorrect.
  • Write a letter to the reporting agency and
    explain the disputed items.
  • Request an investigation and send copies of
    supporting documents.
  • Tell the creditor in writing that you dispute an
    item.
  • Keep copies of all correspondence.
