Aim of this task

• Identify issues defining the critical path in the
  development of the European PV sector
• Undertake a critical analysis of EPIAs
  initiatives on these issues in order to optimise
  the arguments incorporated in EPIA policy
• Provide coherent input for the other working
  groups

• Kick-off meeting Frankfurt airport
• Detailed SWOT analysis on 3 key issues led by
  Arthur D. Little consultants, Munich, 23 April
  2004
• Preparation of detailed recommendations to be fed
  into the PV Catapult meeting to be held during
  the Paris PV Conference
