2The Set Up
- I was born in North Vancouver, BC
- I am a fraternal twin
- I grew up in the beautiful Village of Lions Bay
- These were the days of
- bowl cuts
- violin lessons
- an 8 year competitive
- swimming career

3Travel Time
Spain
- Feeling restless after high-school and wanting a
change, I decided the best thing would be to take
off for 5 months - I visited a few countries
The Netherlands
Britain
Czech Republic
France
Ireland
Hungary
Italy
Germany
Belgium
Switzerland
4We slept in conditions only acceptable to 19 year
old backpackers. We marveled at fabulous ruins
We cycled the windy west coast of Ireland We
spelunked in Hungary
5...and with my head still firmly in the clouds
after travelling,
I decided to go off and...
6do some climbing
- We climbed granite
- We climbed glaciers
7and finally, back to school I went
- I completed my BA in Geography at UBC in 2004
- Shortly after graduation, I began work in the
Geography Department as a Library Assistant in

8....and at some point, a dog appeared

9Growing Pains
- Back in the day, the normal routine
- consisted of
- Chewing sticks
- Playing ball
- Eating
- And when that was all said and done,
- sleeping.
10Adulthood
- Presently, a typical day
- consists of
- chewing sticks
- playing ball
- eating
- and when that is all
- said and done, sleeping
