InnoMur_at_ Project Development Network

• In cooperation of the towns of Molnári and
  Donja Dubrava,
• a project was implemented between
• 15 February 2007 and 15 March 2008
• funded byINTERREG IIIA Community Initiative
• Slovenia Hungary Croatia Neighbourhood
  Programme 2004-2006

Premises

• 2005 elaboration of project idea, discussions
  between the heads of the cities of Molnári and
  Donja Dubrava to prepare the foundation of a
  consortium.
• First half of 2006 the mayors sign an agreement
  of cooperation regarding handing in an
  application together.
• Autumn 2006 the application is ready.
• Beginning of 2007 signing the contract, 5 own
  contribution
• Assisting contribution from the Zsupán Office and
  the Intermediate Body (VÁTI Hungarian Public
  Non-profit Company for Regional Development and
  Town Planning)

Necessity of the project

• Zala County shows a medium-level activity in
  applying for development funds.
• It has the last place regarding the amount of
  funds received to enhance this is a priority.
• Competent knowledge and persons are needed.

Aims

• To promote the economic, municipal and NGO
  cooperation between the Croatian and Hungarian
  counties along the border, especially Muraköz and
  Zala County.
• With consideration to linguistic and cultural
  values, to strengthen organizational cohesion.
• To establish and educate an international project
  team.
• To enhance relations and cooperation between the
  local actors living in the border area.

• With innovative projects to diversify the local
  economy.
• Enhance and strengthen local and regional
  interactions and relations, enhance their
  effectiveness.
• To establish an organization for joint
  professional and development tasks.
• To organize a network of settlements with
  Croatian population.

• 10. 5 workshops in Csáktornya and Donja Dubrava

  Cooperation Programme funds.

  (Hungarian-Croatian).
