• Advise of upcoming speakers.
• Presidents Pen.
• When in doubt, CALL.

• Key to having good attendance.
• Set up speakers 4-6 months ahead.
• If you dont call, they wont speak!
• Task Executive Board with finding/confirming
  speakers.
• Ask for topics of interest.

  incoming Officers.
• Finding speakers.
• One in your hip pocket.
• Nobody said it was going to be easy.

Meetings

• Technical vs Social.
• Dinner vs Lunch or Breakfast.
• Limited Menu or One Price for All.
• Starting time.
• Reserve meeting location months in advance.
• Finding Isolated Rooms.

Finances

• Do you have a Chapter budget?
• Are annual expenses covered by dues?
• Annual fund raisers.
• Spending limits without Chapter approval.
• Transfer of signature cards to new officers.

• Networking and delegating are keys to success.
• Some items are worth keeping.
• You arent the first to do it.
• CALL for assistance/guidance.
