  stimulate discussion and dialogue
• Encourage mutual support e.g. talk partners
• Be aware of your impact verbally - use
  non-judgemental comments, ask what was your
  group discussing? not what do you think?
• Be aware of your impact non-verbally - drop eye
  contact, no hands up
