• What does this project mean?
• We will focus on aiding our communities by
  helping those in poverty, the homeless, low
  socioeconomic schools
• Through community renovations and restorations
• We will also play an active role in how we give
  back to our communities through hands-on efforts
  and donations

• Who does this benefit?
• This project will benefit those who are in need
  of care supplies, those who need food, children
  in community centers, families, etc
• By spending time with Circle K doing these
  projects, all members will feel a sense of
  fulfillment and joy

• When do these projects occur?
• All Circle K clubs in the California-Nevada-Hawaii
  District will participate in this project from
  2009-2010.
• Clubs can do any related projects throughout the
  year
• District Service Projects will follow the DSI at
  Fall Training Conference, District Large Scale
  Service Projects North and South (DLSSP), and at
  District Convention

• Why?
• I pledge to uphold the Objects of Circle K
  International, to foster compassion and goodwill
  toward others through service and leadership, to
  develop my abilities and the abilities of all
  people, and to dedicate myself to the realization
  of mankinds potential.
• Project Give follows the foundation of our pledge
  to foster compassion and goodwill through
  giving a helping hand to those in need
• By providing basic necessities to those in need,
  we can help them progress toward a self sustained
  lifestyle
• Through these efforts, we can help community
  centers and schools, giving children and families
  a better place to grow and succeed

• How can I help?
• Volunteer at soup kitchens
• Hold food drives, volunteer at the food bank,
  food pantries
• Start a food pantry for the community, local
  schools, etc
• Make care packages for homeless shelters,
  schools, hospitals
• Adopt a Family for holidays
• Donate sanitation kits, back to school kits, or
  informational kits (for special programming
  events)
• Make childrens blankets for community centers,
  Red Cross, or family shelters
• Donate your time to a local organization
• Renovate a school or community center
• Make hats, scarves, or mittens for families
