• Public Agency established by the Belgrade City
  Assembly
• Prepares City Land Development Programs which
  include
• financing elaboration of Urban regulation plans
  for all City municipalities,
• preparation of technical documentation for the
  construction of public facilities (roads, water
  supply, sewerage supply, green areas and
  cemeteries)
• solving ownership affairs on public construction
  land
• preparation of sites for leasing State owned
  construction land for 99 years
• The Agency performs all technical, legal,
  financial, administrative and other
• specialized tasks related to the Program and
  monitors its implementation
• In the period between 2001-2007 approximately 300
  sites were leased by the Agency, with about
  2.500.000m2 (27 residential and 54 office and
  retail space)
