• Number of payload operations as per operations
  guidelines
• Payload ON when ground station elevation
  visibility is more than 5.
• Payload operations are restricted to the land
  region only

  10/12, and for IRS-1C 5/6.
• Only in alternate orbits payload servicing is

Resolution of User Clashes

•  

• When P/L request over an orbit is from single
  DRS the requirement of DRS (P/L on segment, gain,
  tilt) will be met in that pass.
• When the request for the P/L are from more than
  one DRS over an orbit
• All DRS will have common P/L on timings, gain,
  tilt.(Eg. ABD DDN, SEK TOJ etc.)
• P/L ON/OFF duration is optimised to provide
  maximum data for each DRS.
• Any specific gain and tilt is on priority
