3EMERGENCY WORKERS PREPARE TO SAVE LIVES
- ARE YOU PREPARING FOR YOUR PENTECOST?
- Implicit faith in Jesus resurrection.
- Wholehearted trust in the scriptures.
- Unqualified commitment to Jesus
- Great Command and Great Commission.
- 4. Yearning for power to do fulfill Christs
international vision.
4Have you settled in your heart the Lords bodily
resurrection?
If not, are you in touch with your inner self to
know what will settle the matter for you?
5 The Lord did not enjoy the heartfelt devotion of
all of His disciples before His crucifixion, but
that changed radically after His resurrection. As
their understanding of what the Gospel meant
matured, Jesus blossomed in their lives as the
lily of the valley and the rose of Sharon
They would never again turn their backs on Him
and run away.
Does He have your heartfelt devotion?
6Chickenpox is caused by the virus,
varicella-zoster.
Many people are also infected with the spiritual
virus that plagued Cleopas on the road to
Emmaus slowness of heart to believe all the
prophets have spoken. Do you know someone with
this virus? What is the cure?
7The Cross explains the scriptures.
Did not the Christ have to suffer these things
and then enter his glory? And beginning with
Moses and all the prophets, he explained to them
what was said in all the scriptures concerning
himself (Luke 2426-28).
8- What are the lessons todays student should
learn from - Acts 1043
- 1 Peter 110?
9How can a settled certainty of the resurrection
of Jesus and the gift of the Holy Spirit actually
relieve stress in a persons life?

11Chapter Seven Lesson 16
FORTY DAYS WITH THE MASTER TEACHER
12Jesus has a clearly thought out vision to which
He is totally committed. In fact, the baptism
with the Holy Spirit is inseparably linked to the
Great Commission.
Have you made the link in your heart?
13The Dove is the Symbol of the Holy Spirit.
On resurrection night, Jesus breathed on them and
said, Receive the Holy Spirit. Preparing them
for Pentecost was the central theme of His
40-days of teaching.
14 When Jesus breathed on them on resurrection
night, He demonstrated that for them and for us,
receiving the Holy Spirit would be as natural as
breathing.
15Are you available?
As the Father has sent me, I am sending you.
16The Thomas Principle says the issue is not lack
of credible evidence there is plenty of
evidence. Instead, both doubt and faith are
choices.
So the big question Is your heart open to the
wealth of evidence?
17Jesus commanded Thomas, Stop doubting and
believe. Thomas answered, My Lord and my God.
What will you answer?
18Why should those feasts from so long ago be of
any interest to me?
How would you answer her question?
19Everyone seems to have fascination with knowing
the future, and to witness prophesy in action is
life changing. Prophecy anchors the authority of
Gods Word. How is that clearly true with the
many prophecies about the birth of Jesus?
20Yes, even in the 21st century
- Joels prophecy about the coming of Pentecost,
spoken some 750 years before the event, continues
to fascinate.
Half a billion people are now in the worldwide
Pentecostal family. In fact, it continues to be a
story worth telling and retelling.
Are you excited about sharing it?
