THE CONDOTEL CONCEPT
  • Being sold are the most prime condominium units
    in Boracay. Buyers therefore, become co-owners
    of the interiors of the purchased unit, the
    common areas of the condominium and the lot where
    the building stands which is more or less 2,500
    square meters.
  • Each unit will be covered by a Certificate of
    Condominium Title (CCT).
  • Each unit will be leased back to the Club for 15
    years to be managed and operated as a hotel. The
    unit shall be part of the pool of rooms for
    rental and operated by Newport Creek Holidays,
    Inc.
  • During the leaseback period, the unit owner
    maintains the option to sell his unit anytime
    provided the taker will abide, assume and
    continue with the leaseback agreement.
  • After 15 years, the unit owner will have the
    option to renew the lease for an additional 15
    years to the hotel operators or rent it out on
    his own.

BORACAY UPDATES
  • Hundreds of thousands of local and international
    tourists are flocking to Boracay every year.
  • The plans for the conversion of Caticlan into an
    international airport are already with the
    National Economic Development Authority.
  • Another international airport in Carabao Island
    (Just 15 minutes off the northern part of
    Boracay) will start construction this year
  • KALIBO AIRPORT started accepting international
    chartered flights from overseas emanating from
    Korea and Taiwan
  • Active marketing of the 14-Day Visa-Upon-Arrival
    Privilege to China and direct flights to KALIBO
    will increase rate of Chinese visitors to
    Boracay.
  • The Department of Tourism projects that tourist
    arrivals in Boracay will reach 1 million by 2010.
