- Being sold are the most prime condominium units
in Boracay. Buyers therefore, become co-owners
of the interiors of the purchased unit, the
common areas of the condominium and the lot where
the building stands which is more or less 2,500
square meters. - Each unit will be covered by a Certificate of
Condominium Title (CCT). - Each unit will be leased back to the Club for 15
years to be managed and operated as a hotel. The

international airport are already with the
National Economic Development Authority. - Another international airport in Carabao Island

Boracay) will start construction this year - KALIBO AIRPORT started accepting international
