- As a result of the new Mineral and Petroleum
Resources Development Act 2002 DME took this
opportunity to replace an outdated, inefficient
and fragmented paper based system, with a
centralized state-of-the-art realtime management
tool. - Fully utilizing internet based information
delivery channels. - Ensuring immediate availability of realiable
information and efficient management of the
mining and prospecting rights.
