• Called the book of heaven, supposedly
  revealed to Muhammad by angel Gabriel.

• Divided into 114 chapters called suras,
  arranged from longest to shortest a little
  shorter than the NT.

• The Quran refers to the Torah, Psalms, and
  Gospel (only the sayings of Jesus) as
  Scripture. but retells some biblical stories
  inaccurately.

  declares that Jesus is only a prophet and that he
  was not crucified.

Tanchuma Bereshit 10

• After Abel was dead, Adam and Eve did not know
  what to do with his body (first death). Abels
  faithful dog kept animals away. They saw a Raven
  scratch the ground and bury another Raven. They
  then knew how to dispose of Abels body.

• Surah 1136-40 and 2323-38 both indicate that
  the oven gushes forth water.
• Other translations say the fountains of the
  earth gushes forth water.

• Both of these uninspired traditions indicate the
  people derided Noah based on height and size.
• When rain starts each drop will pass through
  Gehenna before it would fall to the earth.
• This would chastise and scald the skin of sinners
  by means of heated water.

  Arabia, it is understandable that he would
  receive his information through oral stories and

  thing and Jewish uninspired myth and folklore say
  something else, the Quran sides with the Jewish
  sources.

• If Muhammad was inspired by Allah, why would he
  write things that would contradict what even he
  admitted was inspired by Allah thousands of years
  earlier?
