• Cuttlefish bone is the internal shell of Sepia
  officinalis, a mollusk highly appreciated in the
  Mediterranean cuisine.

How does it work?

• A hard and thin crust covers the internal, thick,
  softer pulp. This soft pulp can be carved.
• The pulp is composed of closely packed thin
  layers of alternatively dense and spongy soft
  material.
