N grade, Dormant, Dismissal, Attendance
12N Grade
- During the first two semesters of enrollment at
RP, absent for all of the first eight (8)
weeks of lessons from that module without a
reason - During the third or following semesters of
enrollment at RP, absent for all of the first
five (5) weeks of lessons from that module
without a reason
13Student Status
Five status Enrolled, Defer, Dormant, Withdraw,
Dismissal
- A student is classified as "Dormant" for failing
to attending any classes within the first TWO (2)
weeks of the semester.
14Dismissal
- During any semester of enrollment at RP, any
student who has been continuously absent from all
classes for the first four (4) weeks of the
semester, without a reason acceptable to the
Program Chair, are liable to be dismissed from
the Polytechnic.
15During any semester of enrollment at RP, Student
Pass holders are required to have a minimum
attendance of 80 for all assigned daily-graded
classes by the end of Week 13 for each semester.
Any Student Pass holder who is unable to meet the
minimum attendance requirement is liable to be
dismissed from the Polytechnic.

16Dismissal due to Absence
- Student pass holders must attend 16 x 80 12.8
weeks of classes in a semester. - Whenever a student pass holder has missed class
for more than16 x 203.2 weeks, he/she is liable
to be dismissed from the Polytechnic, - This may happen before or after the end of Week
13.
