Basic Directions for Reflection/Rotation Slide

• Open PowerPoint? Choose blank slide
• Select line tool (not the arrow) from the Draw
  menu bar
• Draw lines to divide the page (hint hold the
  shift key while drawing the line to make straight
  line)
• Change line size using the Line Style tool on the
  Draw menu (the lines on our slide are 6 pt)
• Use the Text Box tool on the Draw menu to write
  Reflection and Rotation. (To change the
  font/size, select the text first.)Select a
  graphiccopy and then paste onto the slide. Drag
  it over under Reflection and re-size it by
  dragging on one of the corner dots. Duplicate
  the graphic and make sure the duplicated graphic
  is selected. Click Draw?Rotate or Flip?Flip
  Horizontal (if the selections are grayed out that
  means the graphic is not selected)
• Select a graphiccopy and then paste onto the
  slide. Drag it over so that its under Rotation
  and re-size it by dragging on one of the corner
  dots. Duplicate the graphic and make sure the
  duplicated graphic is selected. Click
  Draw?Rotate or Flip?Rotate Right (if the
  selections are grayed out that means the graphic
  is not selected)
