What is Trash2Fash ?

• Trash2Fash will be a new wholly-owned project,
  run and operated by Leo Clubs in MD 201.
• Based on a similar Recycled Trash Fashion concept
  from Lions in New Zealand - MD 202.
• Trash2Fash is a fashion show exclusively using
  recycled materials, or material for which they
  were not originally intended.

Action Required by Leos.

• Each Leo Club consider Trash2Fash as a Club
  Project.
• It is also recommend that each Leo Club pass a
  motion adopting Trash2Fash as a Leo Club Project
  and record details in your Club minutes for
  insurance purposes.
• Look for Sponsors to cover prizes running
  costs.
• Select a suitable venue date.
• Distribute entry forms and arrange promotion of
  the event.
• MD Leo Committee will promote the project to all
  States and attempt to secure a National Sponsor.

Trash2Fash Rules of Entry

• Must be recycled materials
• Costumes must move freely on stage
• No dressing on stage
• No costumes stored on stage
• Sewing machines may be used for any category
• Trash content will be major judging criteria
• Max. two models per entry
• All entries must satisfy an M rating
• Non-Lions/Leos permitted to enter.

Costs of Entry

• 25 per entry (No Refunds)
• One entry per form
• No more than two Models per entry
• 20 retained by Leo Club
• 5 retained by MD Leo Committee for establishment
  costs and promotion.
