  • Re-establishing Neuromuscular Control
  • Balance Activities
  • Core Stabilization
  • Proprioception Exercises

  • Restoring Muscular Strength and Power
  • Utilize strengthening programs
  • At first, perform activities using
  • 50 of your average strength and power.
  • Increase percent each day.

  • Sport Specific Training
  • This does NOT mean return to play!!
  • Begin controlled activities that are specific to
    your sport.
  • Examples Cutting, Jumping, etc.
  • Remember, begin performing at 50 of your normal
    ability.

    individual athlete and the injury.
