Roadmap to the AGS WBS Review

• 30 Sep
• spreadsheets "complete" - i.e. no blank entries,
  first pass at WBS dictionaries missing
  dictionaries for K0PI0, MECO and Project Office,
  still many blank entries for K0PI0
• First pass at AGS/Booster modifications schedule,
  "final" costs (Kevin) will be done 14 Oct
• Critical look at power supply controls (PSI type
  modifications) issues (mainly cost!) (Jon S.) -
  DONE
• 7 Oct
• First look at ACCESS data base (Darlene)

charge or new guidance

• Chair Ray Larsen (SLAC)
• My understanding
• The review will cover all aspects of the AGS
  WBS
• Will emphasize AGS/Booster/Switchyard
  modifications that are new to the project
• i.e. we need to make our case at this review
• The review will not look at PMPs, PEPs etc,
  or at detailed schedules.
• Costs will likely be a key issue
  concentrate on the present spreadsheet approach
  and collecting backup material for costs.
• The schedule needs to be sufficiently
  developed to understand how the
  AGS/Booster/Switchyard work will be incorporated
  into MECO and K0PI0 beam development
• RSVP Beam development plan and costs will also
  be reviewed
• More guidance on will be forthcoming
