CONDUCT WORKKEYS ASSESSMENTS THROUGH A PROCESS
THAT INCLUDES BOTH AN APPLICATION AND A
CONTRACT. - THE VAR AGREES TO CERTAIN SECURITY AND PRIVACY
REQUIREMENTS, AND A PROCTORING PROTOCOL. - THE VAR HAS THE RIGHT TO CHARGE ADDITIONAL FEES
IF IT SO CHOOSES.
