General Description

• Shipping is the process of delivering products
  and materials to a specific destination.
• Receiving is the process of accepting products,
  raw materials and even information into the
  organisation.
• Warehousing is the process of accepting, storing
  and arranging either raw materials, consumables
  or supplies on the left side and finished goods
  on the right side of the supply chain into a
  specific place.

What we do in petPro?

• The shipping division is responsible for
  delivering finished goods to customers (such as
  inventory picking, shipment assembly, invoicing,
  etc). SRW works very closely with Logistics.
• The receiving division is responsible for
  incoming shipments from suppliers and any returns
  from customers. Goods must be received first in
  order to enter the organization, then move on to
  Logistics.
• The warehousing division controls 2 large
  warehouses. The first is for refrigerated animal
  and fish products. The second is used for
  storing finished goods.
