Strategic Group
  • The Programme Board assists the Programme Sponsor
in periodically reviewing the progress the
programme (and its constituent projects) is
    making to meet its objectives.
  • The Programme Board is not a committee controlled
by voting, as the Sponsor is ultimately
responsible for the success of the programme.
  • The Programme Board supports her in achieving
this, and provides a forum for the principal
stakeholders to discuss and resolve strategic
    issues.
