History

• 1953 Taipei city hospital was founded. Only
  outpatient service was provided initially.
• 1960 Moved to the current address. Inpatient
  departments started to prouide seruices.
• 1968 Renamed as Taipei Municipal Jen-Ai
  hosptial
• 1991 Capacity expansion approved by government10
  administrative departments, 26 medical
  departments, and 750 beds with 960 employees.
• 2005 Ten Taipei city hospitals have been merged
  together and become Taipei City Hospital.
