INTRODUCTION
  • Clearly e learning will not wholly replace
    teacher led or hands on training. We still need
    patients. But patients should not be an
    interactivity. Online scenarios can allow us to
    gain confidence and appropriate background
    knowledge before the hands on portion of
    learning, replacing time spent learning theory,
    with more time mastering the skill.2 For
    instance, a simple program can test competence on
    applying leads when performing diagnostic
    electrocardiography. Crucial supervised practice
    can then follow to gain essential clinical
    experience. Furthermore, certain areas lend
    themselves more easily to online teaching.
    Multimedia instruction is particularly well
    suited to help students learn physical diagnosis,
    with visual and audio aids enhancing recognition
    of heart and lung sounds, physical examinations,
    and pathology.

  • The qualifying (scientific and technical ) for
    administrative (medicals librarian and staff of
    teaching ) which contains 6 items

  • According to research results and the used method
    and from statistical analysis , the research
    concludes that
  • all sample have a positive attitude to medicals
    e learning
  • all sample indicated that difficult participation
    in medical journals they imputation that for non
    abundant the money
  • the group 1 and group 3 view that the medical
    librarian are not technical qualifying and not
    confidence trend attitude of medical librarian to
    training and learning the new in this field
  • the group 3 are not satisfy about the policies in
    the university
