The Forbidden City is the heart of Beijing and
served as Residence of the Ming and Qing
emperors. It is the largest and best preserved
example of ancient architecture in the world and
listed as Heritage of Umanity by Unesco.

Classes
The school offers bright classrooms and friendly
staff. The view out of the windows onto the
Forbidden City (the red wall on the back) is just
magic!

• communicative method (spoken skills) used in
  class few key characters are taught in the
  initial classes
• grammatical sentence construction is simple
  compared to most European languages!
• Chinese is such a unique language, students
  learn to enjoy using it very quickly
• the Sprachcaffe Beijing team speaks many
  languages and can help students arrange
  excursions and other activities

Sports facilities
Just a few minutes away from the school and the
Forbidden City are some facilities for
students use at a very reasonable rate. Playing
tennis in this sorrounding is a religious
experience!

Accommodation
Our comfortable and clean hotel is located in
Xidan in a traditional Chinese courtyard, only 3
metro stops from the school.

Accommodation
The rooms all with WC/Shower- are on 2 floors a
living room on the ground and the sleeping
facilities on top. DR available only for 2
students enrolling at the same time. For those
booking BB, breakfast will be served in the
facilities of the hotel (lunch Mon-Fri in the
school).

Restaurant
For those booking half board, lunch will be
served Monday to Friday in the Restaurant of the
school, within the building Hen Wua Gong on the
ground level. Half board on weekdays BB only
on weekends.

Accommodation
Alternatives are available (if Xidan is full or
if requested) in basic, western-style hotels (2-3
stars), one metro stop from the school in the
Wang Fu Jing area for the same price. Please note
that double rooms are for students booking
together.

For those who require more luxury, there are also
some 4 hotels nearby. Students have the choice
to prepare their own meals or can eat out
inexpensively in the area.
