• Found eDoc easy to use
• eDoc template matches Dpt requirements saves
  time
• eDoc made the Annual Review looks formal as
  compared to using e-mail
• Need assurance that faculty will use it or at
  least favor students who use it
• Suggest a collaborative orientation of using eDoc
  for Annual Review and Prelim - the orientation
  should include both students and faculty

• My personal observations
• Some faculty are unaware of eDocs existence and
  do not know how to use it
• eDoc is used for assessment purpose to suit
  institutional requirements - not as learning tool
