Certainly, most of Dorje Shugden’s miracles are related to a personal experience of His mercy and kindness to devotees. In recounting the miracles I am sharing now, they are rather different in the sense that the receivers of these miracles are not within the Kechara space nor are they devotees nor do they have knowledge of our Great Protector. But they certainly were in dire straits and had turned to my daughter and I for help.
This is something that myself and many others as a Dorje Shugden practitioner have experienced for the last 20 years. I am a Dorje Shugden practitioner, that is who I am and for two decades, I have suffered vulgarities, insults and threats as a result of my faith which I committed to before the ban started.
The only emotions I would manifest were anger, intolerance, resentment and depression. If I had dared to love, it was a case of being extremely guarded and conditional. In some cases with people very close to me, that love became obsessive due to the fear of losing them.
Transformation and the overcoming of obstacles are accomplished through the wrathful form and aspects of the iconography of Vajrapani. Vajrapani stands astride a sun disc and his hands are in threatening mudra.
This picture was taken at our family home in New Jersey. I am here pictured with my cousins. Left to right Sarah, Sonia Waskin, Susie, myself. Back row: Sonia Tatinow and Ben.
A lot of new people who first visit Kechara or just heard about Kechara get quite confused about how many departments there are…or where they can contribute and volunteer! hehe There are 13 departments in Kechara Organization…all of them are extensions of my interests and I have seen them open and grow over the past few years. A few of my students have written a very good summary of what each departments do, why they exist and have added a few relevant photos.. Have fun reading them!!
