Women still remain underrepresented at every level, ranging from entry-level jobs to C-suite roles. As per the ladies within the Workplace 2018 report, representation of ladies of color is the least causing them to remain behind white men, men of color, and white women. Women of color comprise only 17% of entry-level roles and 4% of C-Suite positions.

The Women Within The Workplace Report found that 35% of ladies employed in full time corporate sector jobs have experienced harassment.
