Not everybody has time to go to the gym everyday but I think most people can afford to go at least 3 days a week. That’s why I created this 3 day split workout routine, for beginners or for those on a tight schedule.
It was a 12 week program followed by a 4 week weighted calisthenics program(additional fee if subscribed). The beginners would find it a little challenging and some progressions would be really difficult for them to perform. Even I was not able to do muscle up and handstands, that is introduced in the week 8 of the course, even after doing body weight exercises for close to 2 years.
