A recently retired police officer, Oscar Albayalde held several positions on his route to the top. Oscar Albayalde first joined the Philippine Constabulary Special Action Force in 1986 and went on to hold roles such as the Chief of the United Nations Peacekeeping Operation Center and the Executive Officer-Directorate for Plans in Camp Crame. In total, Oscar Albayalde earned 58 medals and many other forms of recognition from both the PNP and non-government organizations.
Oscar Albayalde is a former police officer who led the way in making the Metro Manila area the safest which to live. work, and do business. Oscar Albayalde hopes that his vision continue to spread throughout the country and that the whole nation can feel the benefit of his work in law enforcement.
