As a dedicated Mohs Histology Technician, Marcus Shagogue is passionate about helping patients win the battle against cancer. He’s dedicated his profession in honor of his sister, whose skin cancer outcome ended in her death. Marcus Shagogue strives to bring attention to detail, mercy and caring to his career.
Marcus Shagogue received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland at Baltimore County in Medical Photography and later earned his Histological Technician HT (ASCP) professional certification. As a lead histologist, Marcus Shagogue strives to use his problem-solving ability and critical thinking skills to provide the best possible benefit to his employer.
Marcus Shagogue, a resident of Spencer, MA, began his career as a Laboratory Technician and Electron Microscopist at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore. Since then, Shagogue has built up decades’ worth of healthcare experience, allowing him to develop into the skilled histology technician that he is today. He holds a bachelors degree in Medical Photography from the University of Maryland at Baltimore County.
