Louis Modugno is a former CPA who has practiced law in New Jersey for nearly thirty years. A 1995 graduate of Seton Hall Law School, Mr. Modugno clerked with Stephen A Stripp, U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judge. He was Senior Partner at McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLC until 2021 when he became co-managing member of Tri & Modugno, LLC.
