Latesha Watson was the youngest Deputy Chief of Police for Henderson, Nevada, promoted to that position in 2014. Due to her hard work and diligence, she has since moved to the rank of Chief of Police, and under her leadership, the city experienced a 14% drop in crime. she's also a mother to two beautiful children.

LaTesha Watson has two decades of experience working as a Police Technical Advisor and Consultant. She has done this on both a national and international level, and for the Police Foundations as well as the U.S. Department of Justice.
