No, a woman cannot get her periods if she is pregnant. However, the woman may face some other kinds of bleeding that may make her feel like she is having a pregnancy period. Like, when the fertilized egg gets implanted in the uterus then this could cause slight bleeding. This is known as implantation bleeding and it happens around the same time as her period cycle.
