Michael Meoli is CEO for Tactical Rescue Options. As a former active-duty Navy SEAL in the 1970s, he would continue on to join the Navy SEAL Reserves and act as Advanced Tactical Practitioner. Mike helped the city of San Diego form its first Tactical EMS Team in 1982. He was a paramedic from 1979 through 2018 when he retired. He was also a former Field Trainer on the San Diego Fire Department’s Special Response Team.
