London: On the completion of 25 years of Marwah Studios, the President Sandeep Marwah has announced the launching of 162 international short films with directors of 162 countries of the World. First time in the history of entertainment industry some thing like that has been declared. Sandeep Marwah is the producer of largest number of short films in the World. He has already given an opportunity to around 2300 young film directors and around 9000 artists and technicians from different parts of the Globe. “I am passionate about producing short films. Not only that I love to give opportunity to young filmmakers who are looking for an entry into film industry, I feel It is the most crucial time of the film maker when he wants to do something but not many people come forward to help them” said Sandeep Marwah five times World Record Holder in Media at a press meet at Hotel Mayfair at London.

More than 2000 film directors have shown their debut films in this festival. New Delhi: On the occasion of 150th Birth Anniversary of the Father of Indian Cinema- Dada Saheb Phalke, AAFT University of Media And Arts announced the highest Academic Honour in Cinema in the shape of a Chair for a Film Maker at AAFT University based in Raipur. “This is the most opportune occasion for the board of Directors of AAFT University to announce the Chair after the name of Dada Saheb Phalke for a renowned film maker for a period of one year, this is going to be the highest academic honour which can be presented to the film maker by the university,” said Dr. Sandeep Marwah Chancellor of the University on the occasion of 150th Birth Anniversary of Phalke.

The most popular film festival body- IFTC- International Film And Television Club of this country is the presenter of 7th Global Film Festival Noida 2014 this year also. IFTC has been working on number of festivals like Global Festival of Journalism, International Festival of Cellphone Cinema, AAFT Festival of Short Digital Films, ASMS Festival of Short Films, International Sufi Film Festival, WECARE Film Festival of Films on Disability and many more. IFTC has been emerged as the biggest body to organize largest number of film festivals in the country. 7th Global Film Festival Noida 2014 will be presented by the same organization. The association has members from all over the World from different strata of life.

7th Global Film Festival Noida 2014 has started getting support from all over the World, as the theme of the festival is Unity Through Cinema. “ Not only the countries where we have our ambassadors of AAFT are established but countries where there is no cinema have started supporting us for this beautiful cause” said Sandeep Marwah President of GFFN. Indo Hungarian Film Association, a body of filmmakers from India and Hungary constituted on the visit of Sandeep Marwah to Hungary in 2013 is now popular in both the places to look into the common interests of film, television and media.
